The room at OYO Hotel Dundee By Crystal Lake was cozy and clean, with a nice bathroom and free WiFi. As a traveler who appreciates comfort and convenience, I felt right at home.

The front desk not being open 24/7 can be a slight inconvenience for late check-ins.

Planned to see Dundee major attractions and it was lovely place for visiting all of them. Amiable and very efficient staff, they helped us a lot.

Some people working there were very rude.

As a travel healthcare worker, I stayed at Oyo in Dundee for a comfortable and clean stay during my assignment. the location was convenient and allowed me to reach my workplace in just 10 minutes. the friendly and helpful staff made my experience even better. the room was updated and cozy, with a comfortable bed, great water pressure, and cleanliness throughout. Being able to easily access stores for essentials and food delivery services enhanced my stay.
